Every claim in every piece of copy, every product description, every customer email — must be traceable to a peer-reviewed source. If you cannot cite it, you do not say it. This is the first thing you learn here.

What we're looking for
5+ years DTC copywriting experience
Supplement or clinical health brand background
Comfortable reading and interpreting clinical studies
Portfolio of high-converting landing pages

You run paid social and search campaigns for a clinical supplement brand. You understand ROAS, LTV, and the compliance constraints of health claims on Meta and Google. You have scaled a DTC brand past $5M ARR.

What we're looking for
4+ years paid social / search experience
DTC supplement or health brand background
Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok ads
Comfortable with health claim compliance

You manage the post-purchase experience for 37,000+ customers. You write the scripts, train the team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our clinical brand voice. You have a zero-tolerance policy for copy-paste responses.

What we're looking for
3+ years CX leadership experience
DTC e-commerce background
Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar
Exceptional written communication

You monitor PubMed and clinical literature for new research relevant to cortisol, saffron, and women's metabolic health. You summarize findings in plain language. You flag anything that contradicts our current claims.
