Refund policy

At Methodic Bio, we engineer clinical-grade protocols designed to deliver measurable results. We stand entirely behind the science of our formulas, which is why we offer one of the strongest guarantees in the industry for new patients.

However, because our fulfillment centers operate with priority dispatch, and to protect the integrity of our supply chain and subscription allocations, we maintain strict guidelines on refunds, cancellations, and recurring orders. By placing an order with Methodic Bio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

1. THE 60-DAY "KEEP THE BOTTLE" GUARANTEE (First-Time Purchases Only)

We offer a risk-free 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee exclusively on your first initial order of the Saffron Complete protocol.

If you commit to the protocol and do not experience a measurable improvement in your sleep architecture, daily energy, or body composition, simply email our Clinical Care Team at help@methodicbio.com within 60 days. We will refund your initial product purchase in full. No return shipping is required. We trust our customers completely; you may keep the bottles, on us.

Strict Conditions for the 60-Day Guarantee:

  • The 60-Day Clock: The 60-day guarantee window begins immediately on the exact Date of Order (the day your transaction was processed), not the date of delivery. Requests made on Day 61 or later will be strictly denied.

  • Limit: The guarantee is limited to one refund per product type, per customer/household.

  • Deductions: The guarantee applies only to the raw product cost of your first order. Original shipping fees, Priority Processing/VIP fees, and optional shipping protection fees are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Separate Cancellation Required: Requesting a refund under the 60-Day Guarantee does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must explicitly request a subscription cancellation to stop future 28-day billing cycles.

2. STRICTLY FINAL SALE: RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS & ADD-ONS

To protect our inventory allocations and ensure fair pricing for all customers, the 60-Day Guarantee applies only to your first order.

Because our clinical protocols require consistency, the following items are strictly Non-Refundable and Final Sale:

  1. Subscription Refills: Any order processed after your initial Day-0 purchase (e.g., Month 2, Month 3, and all subsequent 28-day rebills). Note: If a subscription rebill occurs while you are still within your 60-Day Guarantee window for your first order, that rebill is still considered Final Sale and is non-refundable.

  2. One-Time Add-Ons (OTOs): Any secondary products added to your protocol post-checkout, including Acute Rescue Drops, Metabolic Reset, or Sleep Protocol formulas.

  3. Digital Products: E-books, PDF protocol guides, and recipe blueprints.

If you do not wish to receive a subscription refill, you must cancel or pause your protocol prior to your next billing date (See Section 3).

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are enrolled in our 28-Day Subscription Protocol, you maintain full control over your deliveries. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your secure customer portal or by emailing help@methodicbio.com.

The 24-Hour Rule: To successfully prevent your next shipment from processing, your cancellation or modification request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Post-Billing Refills: Once a subscription refill has been successfully billed, the data is instantly transmitted to our fulfillment center for picking and packing. Orders that have already been billed and processed cannot be canceled, stopped, or refunded.

4. ORDER MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION, & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Because we utilize "Fast Tracked Priority Delivery," our warehouse begins processing your order within minutes of your checkout.

  • Order Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or modify a brand new order, you must contact us immediately at help@methodicbio.com. While we will make every effort to intercept your order before it reaches the warehouse floor, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or address modifications will be possible once an order has been submitted.

  • If an order has already entered the packing phase, it cannot be canceled, and the standard Refund Policy (Section 1) will apply.

  • Undeliverable Packages & Refusals: If a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, or due to a package refusal at the door, you will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping or priority processing fees. A $5.00 administrative restocking fee will also be deducted from any eligible product refund.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your protocol arrives damaged, defective, or contains the incorrect items, please contact us immediately at help@methodicbio.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

You do not need to return the damaged item. Simply provide a photograph of the damage or the incorrect product, and our team will dispatch a replacement package to you immediately via priority courier at zero cost to you.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES (PRIORITY RESOLUTION)

Methodic Bio is committed to resolving any issue our customers face directly and instantly.

If you have an issue with a charge, a subscription, or a delivery, please contact our Priority Resolution Desk at help@methodicbio.com before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal.

Filing a formal bank dispute (chargeback) initiates a lengthy, 45-to-90-day investigation process during which your funds are frozen by the bank. By contacting our team directly, we can resolve billing errors or issue authorized refunds within 24 to 48 hours.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy: Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., claiming an authorized subscription rebill was "unauthorized" despite electronic consent, or filing a dispute to bypass our Final Sale policy) will be aggressively contested using your IP address, checkout timestamps, and electronic consent records. We reserve the right to ban customers who file fraudulent chargebacks from all future purchases.
