Our team reviews your request within 1 business day. For the 60-day guarantee, approval is automatic — no questions asked. For defective or wrong items, we may ask for a photo.

Refund issued

Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. For opened bottles under the guarantee, no return shipment is required.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Exchanges are processed within 1–2 business days of approval.

For exchanges, no return shipment is required for items under $99. For higher-value orders, we will provide a prepaid return label.
