Methodic Bio Shipping & Dispatch Procedures

1. Priority Processing & Dispatch
Methodic Bio operates a state-of-the-art, GMP-certified fulfillment center in the United States. All clinical protocols and orders are processed with strict priority. Orders successfully placed and verified are typically dispatched within 24 business hours.

Your formulas are shipped discreetly in climate-controlled, sustainable packaging to protect the active biological compounds from environmental degradation.

2. Shipping Destinations & Couriers
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We utilize premium domestic couriers, including USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days, while expedited or VIP priority options arrive within 2–5 business days. Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by the couriers and are not legally guaranteed.

3. Transfer of Liability (Lost or Stolen Packages)
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer the moment Methodic Bio hands the package over to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages that are delayed by the carrier, delayed due to extreme weather, or stolen from your property after the carrier marks the package as "Delivered."

Any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier (even without a physical signature) is deemed conclusive proof of delivery.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Accurate shipping information is required at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, or if a package is actively refused at the door, you will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping or VIP priority processing fees.

Furthermore, a $5.00 administrative restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible product refund to cover the cost of the return transit and warehousing labor. If you wish to have an undeliverable package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the secondary shipping charge.

5. Order Modifications
Because our facility utilizes automated priority dispatch, we begin processing your order within minutes of checkout. If you need to modify your shipping address, you must email help@methodicbio.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes will be successful once an order has been submitted to the packing floor.
